PiXL (referred to as the "Company") and the undersigned (referred to as the "Customer") are the parties to this Customer Work Agreement (the "Agreement").
This agreement details the client's request and consent for the execution of plasterboard incisions, the feeding of certain, client-approved wires, and the positioning of concealment and gang plates for the purpose of internal cord concealment.
The customer has given PiXL the notion that they are the only owners of the building in which PiXL is located.
The client is aware that they bear full responsibility for the deception. PiXL disclaims all liability for potential damages.
This agreement attests to PiXL's compliance with the "2018 Canadian Electrical Code" and any applicable provincial laws in the province in which it is doing business. PiXL or its agents do not run high-voltage cables behind the plasterboard. The homeowner is in charge of this completion.
The parties to this agreement have caused it to be signed by their officially authorised representatives in WITNESS WHEREOF, and it is now in force as of the day and year first above mentioned.
